The Northern Ingredient Food Hall will have an exciting mix of Food Concessions and is due to open in Spring 2009, concessions include Thyme Restaurant, Deli Thyme, The Crumbly Cheese Deli, Ye Olde Sausage shop, The Cultured Bean (tea, coffee and chocolate store), Vom Fass, Rainhall Drinks Company, The Pancake Express, Flavour Culinary Theatre/conference area, Reedys Naturally Jam making unit and a zone dedicated to promoting Regional producers.

We are currently recruiting for an on site craft bakery ,contemporary florist and Fishmonger.
