How to Book a Group Visit

Following these easy steps
1  Browse through the information pack and choose an itinerary. Many itineraries can be adapted to suit your requirements.

2  Decide on a date, then telephone our bookings department on 01254 871025 to confirm the date is available, and make a provisional booking.

3  If pre-booked food is required you will be sent a letter asking for a non-refundable deposit of between £1.00 per person - £5.00 per person depending on which meal option is chosen. Final payment choices must be received 14 days prior to your visit.

4  Any cancellations prior to the day of the visit, will be refunded, less the deposit, provided 48 hours notice is given. There will be no refunds for cancellations made on the day.

5 All other itineraries require a £30.00 deposit within 10 working days of making the booking. Please make all  cheques payable to OSWALDTWISTLE MILLS.

6  The management reserve the right to change Christmas/Variety party bookings if there are insufficient numbers.

7  On arrival at the complex your coach will be greeted by a member of our staff who will inform your party about the main facilities within the mill, or any special events taking place on that day.  They will also hand out the relevant gratuity vouchers to each passenger and organiser.

8  Please note that any monies paid out to third parties in advance of the visit eg Hot Ice Show, cannot be refunded once the final numbers have been confirmed.
