The mix of Food Concessions due to open in October will consist Thyme Restaurant, Deli Thyme, The Crumbly Cheese Deli, Ye Olde Sausage shop, The Cultured Bean (tea, coffee and chocolate store), The Pancake Express, Flavour Culinary Theatre/conference area, Reedys Naturally Jam making unit and a zone dedicated to promoting Regional producers.
We are currently recruiting for an on site craft bakery , contemporary florist and Fishmonger.
