Oswaldtwistle Mills is hosting a 'live cooking experience' that promises to impress and inspire with Philippa James, cookery editor for Lancashire Life Magazine and recent guest judge on Chanel 4's The F Word.
For one day only Oswaldtwistle Mills Conference Centre is being transformed into a kitchen and will be opening its doors to food fanatics keen to learn new cookery skills, try different foods and get fresh ideas.
