Making sausages is a rewarding and interesting craft. The reward comes in the flavours that can't be matched by the industrial sausage found in the supermarket and the knowledge of being in control of every ingredient that goes into the sausage.
Ye Olde Sausage Shop are hosting two Culinary Master Classes with a maximum on 6 persons per day on the 22nd and 23rd of March 2010.
You are invited to bring along any ingredients that you've always fancied trying in a sausage! Then have a go at mincing, mixing and the fun art of sausage filling and linking, finally cook up your sauasages on site for that all important taste test all with the help of our master butchers.
Master Classes run from 9.30am - 12.30pm and customers will be able to take 5lb weight of there own hand made products away with them to cook at home.
